I have to agree with your comments Craig, that is a relevant question. In a time when large companies are wanting to redefine their status in the Australian markets, it seems that process people are not defined as adding value. Could it be that times are changing and it is no longer a speciality but part of the collective responsibility of a BA who may not have had process impact experience?
We must find answers to these questions Process Ninja...
